My mom, Nana, and I went to Apple Jack's apple orchard. Here we are on the tractor ride.
I was very picky about what apples I would choose. I walked around a lot to find just the right tree.
We got a lot of apples. They were delicious.
They also had pony rides. We went in a big circle through some small woods.
While Nana and I were in the woods I asked, "Do you think there are any beaver in here?" True story.
There was a really big hay stack with a slide. I went down this slide about a hundred times. It was a really fun day!

Minnesota Children's Museum
Mom and I went to the Children's Museum. It was really fun. Here I am driving a bus.
I played musical instruments in the Clifford play area. I also got to deliver the mail.
Here we are matching up sea creatures in the pretend sandbox.
My favorite area was the pretend restaurant. I cooked for a long time. I took my cooking very seriously. I really liked the cash register too.
Some areas needed a hard hat. I wanted to make sure I was safe.
This was a fun water play area. We put water in different containers and watched how it would come out. The water would make things spin.
The last part was the sand area. It was a fun sandbox and water play area on the roof. It was such a nice day that I played a lot in the sand and got to paint on rocks with water and paint brushes.

Summer Fun
The Deer Park
There was a great deer park where there were several species of deer that you could feed crackers to. I was not scared at all when the deer would come up to me and try to get crackers. It amazed my mom and dad. I did have a hard time sharing the crackers with the deer though because they were really good.

Our Big Trip - Day 1: Circus World
We got to go on vacation. It was awesome. Our first day was in Baraboo, WI at the Circus World Museum. We started with a show about putting on clown make up. I was so excited we decided not to stay very long.
I got to ride on an old merry-go-round. It was so fun. I didn't want to get off.
Mommy and I tried out one of the old circus cage cars for animals. I was a tiger.
We got to see a demonstration on tiger training for the circus. The host was kinda crabby so I got bored. The tiger was cool.
Then we got to see a real circus show. There were elephants, acrobats, and this cool clown. I got to give him a high five which I thought was pretty cool.
Then there were pony rides. I went pretty fast on a cute little black horse.
They had elephant rides too but I wasn't quite big enough. Maybe next time.
A lions head for a water fountain, could I be in heaven?
There was an antique merry-go-round that was fun too. It went really fast though which made mommy nervous.
There were lots of old circus wagons. Mommy liked this one.
I was really tired by the end of the morning. I fell asleep before we even got back to the car.
Here I am in the car on our way to Wisconsin for the trip. Here is my description of how I think our trip is going to go. I ended up to be pretty right.

Gramma's House
4th of July
Here is Daddy and me on the way to fireworks. I was so excited for my first fireworks on the 4th of July. Mom and Dad made sure to tell me they were very loud but very pretty. I thought I knew what I was getting myself into.
Then I heard the first one. I was not prepared for THAT LOUD.
They made me pretty nervous.
Mommy and Daddy were there to protect me though, and I had my magic wand.
Some of them were so loud I had to shut my eyes, but most of them I watched. I decided I like fireworks, but they are definitely VERY LOUD.
